Improve your relationship
with others
A healthy relationship with yourself is often the foundation for healthy relationships with other people—not because you have to become perfectly self-confident first, but because you need some understanding of who you are, what you need, what you value, and how you treat yourself. You can think of it as learning to be a good friend to yourself.

About Me
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University, where I specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Throughout my career, I have pursued extensive additional training and professional development in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic approaches, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I also hold a CASAC-T certification and have specialized experience in the treatment of alcoholism and substance use disorders. Since 2007, I have provided psychotherapy services to adults across a wide range of clinical settings, including outpatient psychiatric clinics, hospitals, detoxification and rehabilitation programs, and private practice.
My broad clinical experience and training allow me to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs, circumstances, and goals while drawing from evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.
